No refunds, exchanges, or money back guarantees
Except for the exceptions listed below, all sales are final (this is inclusive of all products and services) and the Connect All initiative (the Company) does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a money-back guarantee. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund or exchange for any purchase under any circumstances other than those specifically outlined below.
Exceptions for trainings and similar events:

Refunds and exchanges for trainings and similar events will be provided only if the Company must cancel for any reason other than a force majeure (such as but not limited to, weather events, natural disasters, armed conflict, strikes, governmental action, internet disturbances). Should the Company need to cancel the event for any reason other than a force majeure, the Company will contact you within a reasonable timeframe to either notify you that you are entitled to a refund, or that you are entitled to choose a refund or exchange.

The Company reserves the right to make an exception to the no refund or exchange policy for participants who the Company deems to of its own initiative, without such action invalidating the no refund or exchange policy.
For refunds pursuant to this policy, the Company will promptly issue an instruction to its payment processor to issue the refund. The Company does not control its payment processor and will not be able to expedite any refunds.
For exchanges pursuant to this policy, the Company will collaborate with you through the process.
If you receive a refund or your service is exchanged for another, that shall immediately terminate any and all licenses granted you under the Terms of Use or any other agreement, to use any material provided to you from the original purchase.
Transfer of a training or similar event registration
As noted in the section above, all sales are final. For trainings or similar events, if the purchaser has identified someone else they want use their registration, the purchaser may contact the Company up to five business days in advance of the start of the event to transfer the registration. The Company will normally accept such a transfer request, but does reserve the right to deny the request for any reason.
